A secondary market property consultant sells completed Dubai property — resale apartments, villas and townhouses in communities that already exist and can be walked through. The job has two sides that have to be worked at the same time: winning listings from owners, and advising buyers well enough that they trust the price.
It rewards depth over breadth. A consultant who genuinely knows one or two communities — the buildings, the service charges, what actually transacts versus what is merely asked — will out-perform one who covers all of Dubai at surface level.
